Programs
RRG Lending, LLC sends text messages only to people who have opted in. Broker updates: mortgage brokers who opt in receive notices about RRG Lending loan programs, our lending area and new opportunities. Loan request updates: applicants and borrowers who opt in receive messages about their own loan request, such as document requests, appointment reminders and status updates. RRG Lending is a direct private real estate lender; loans are made only to companies.
How to opt in
You opt in by checking the text message box on a form on our website or in your RRG Lending account. We may send one message confirming your opt-in. Consent is not a condition of any loan or of doing business with us. We keep a record of each consent.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Broker updates are limited to a few messages per month. Loan request updates depend on the activity on your file.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming the opt-out and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or write to [email protected]. You may also opt out by writing to us.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
