What we collect
Information you give us to request a quote or apply for a loan (names, contact details, company and property information, financial documents such as tax returns and bank statements, identification), information from third parties with your authorization (credit, background, title and sanctions screening), and basic site usage data collected with our own first-party analytics.
How we use it
To evaluate and service business-purpose loans, verify identity, meet legal obligations (including U.S. sanctions screening), prevent fraud, and improve our website. We do not sell personal information.
Who sees it
RRG Lending staff, our closing attorneys, title agents, appraisers and service providers who need it to close your loan, and loan participants under confidentiality. Brokers see only the files they submitted and never your tax returns, identification or bank statements.
How we protect it
Documents are encrypted individually with AES-256 before they are stored. Access requires a password and a second factor, every access is logged, and our systems sit behind Cloudflare. See our security page.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of your information or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep by writing to [email protected]. Marketing emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.
